Our Differential Value in the Faculty of Sciences of the University of A Coruña

Why study this programme?

Humanity faces immense and urgent challenges: climate change and global warming, environmental damage, biodiversity loss, population growth and higher standards of living, energy demands, habitat loss and poverty.
We can begin to tackle them just only by understanding how the world works. Scientific and technological development are crucial components of our response to these urgent problems and as a result, demand for qualified environmental scientists to assess changing conditions and create positive green solutions, has increased tremendously.

With the expansion of green industries, jobs in the sector are in high demand, a PhD degree in Environmental Science and Technology will give you many career options.
